Responsibilities

  • Your responsibilities will include:
  • Draft, negotiate and complete framework agreements, leases, licenses and wayleaves for EV charging infrastructure deployment.
  • Partner with and support the Tenders, Sales and Negotiation teams on public and private bids for new contracts.
  • Conducting title due diligence and preparing reports on title and recommendations of site viability to the business.
  • Producing and updating Legal templates.
  • Assisting with putting in place process improvements.
  • Monitor legal developments and industry trends, continually assessing and improving the business’s legal strategies.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including shareholders and external counsel, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
  • Provide contract interpretation and dispute resolution support.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the legal, compliance, and regulatory functions within the business.
  • Advise on, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including services contracts, hardware and software purchase contracts, NDAs, commission/introducer agreements and network roaming agreements.
  • Advise on data privacy and compliance matters.
  • Review and enhance internal business processes to ensure GDPR compliance.
  • Collaborate with the Consumer team to ensure consumer terms and conditions are up-to-date and compliant with current legislation.
