Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Coverage Bankers and Senior Coverage Bankers with all client related matters including ClientLink (CRM tool), wallet sizing, covenant compliance, prospecting as well as other administration tasks.
  • The Junior Relationship Manager will take ownership of analysing, assessing and reporting on the sustainability performance of the clients in our portfolio.
  • Coordinate Know Your Customer (“KYC”) responsibility for entire Irish corporate portfolio in conjunction with centralized London KYC team.
  • Preparation of credit applications with Coverage Bankers and Senior Coverage Bankers.
  • Executing internal approval generation, loan document negotiation, signing, closing & post-closing coordination, syndication support and deal team management.
  • Relationship planning, prospecting, credit risk data management, pipeline & income management.
  • Opportunity and idea generation & development, initial origination analysis and pitch book production.
  • Drafting term sheets for Deal structuring (pricing, covenant setting, etc).
  • Principally and in addition to working with clients on debt and related solutions, to act as a secondary coverage officer for a range of clients and prospects. This entails working on all aspects of the development of client relationships and involve frequent client interaction.
  • Building and maintaining a network within Rabobank, external advisors and other banks.
