The CCU team consists of nurses rotating in different areas, including the Coronary Care Unit, Cardiac Catheterisation Laboratory, and Cardiac Diagnostics, ensuring a well-rounded approach to cardiology care.
What types of procedures will I be trained to perform?
You will be trained to perform special procedures such as CPAP (continuous positive airway pressure) and ultrafiltration, along with gaining competencies in ECG interpretation and monitoring clinical deterioration.
Is prior experience in cardiology required for this position?
