Responsibilities

  • Assist Account Managers to develop, execute, and maintain a customer care plan, ensuring regular and appropriate level of communication with the client
  • Maintain a portfolio of accounts, covering all aspects of our clients’ services
  • Ensure account retention by positively handling and resolving any technical queries, and understanding the requirements of the client and the industries they operate in
  • Support Account Managers with audits when required
