  • First practical experience in strategic HR topics e.g. organisational development, change management, business partnering and project management in general
  • Great passion for people & organization in a dynamic FMCG environment
  • Enjoy complexity paired with a pragmatic and challenging mindset
  • High flexibility, ability to learn, agility and resilience
  • Fluent in German and English and proficient in common MS Office programs

Responsibilities

  • Learning Analyzing development needs, translating these into learning initiatives and coordinating their implementation
  • Transformation & Change Cross-functional project support, e.g. development of communication plans, co-moderation of workshops and tracking of measures
  • Culture Participation in initiatives around our unique Danone Culture
  • Strategic Talent Management Digitalization and optimization of HR processes, data and systems
