  • Oversee, manage and drive transactions to completion
  • Manage portfolio critical dates
  • Liaise with internal teams and external brokers to provide full service to the Client including overseeing communication, reporting and documentation from JLL local office to ensure high quality service standards
  • Set and achieve Client objectives in line with MSA KPIs
  • Ensure reports are delivered on time and meet client objectives
  • Contribute to projecting fee income via annual fee forecasting/ managing potential fee pipeline
  • Advise on portfolio optimization solutions
  • Support senior team members on delivering complex transactions
