Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all administration and call handling for the MB Training team.
  • Primary point of contact for Beauty Advisors, MB Trainers & Area Managers.
  • Responsible for organising venues, catering, travel and accommodation for all Beauty Advisor trainings & conferences.
  • Responsible for overseeing the budget expenditure for the MB Training team.
  • Responsible for maintaining current stock levels of Training materials (literature, service tools, workbooks).
  • Responsible for overseeing the organisation of multi-brand BA conferences and supporting on Retailer conferences.
  • Support on One Retail Admin/content for MB activities.
  • Responsible for ordering and maintaining a stock level of the Beauty Advisor and the Beauty Expert uniforms.
  • Assisting the wider training team with ad hoc projects.
  • Support in the organisation of Retail/Sales Drives for Field & Head Office teams, booking internal/external meeting rooms/venues, travel, catering, etc.
  • Support in preparation of the Sales/Retail Drive material.
  • Coordinate Pre-Series & Marketing material for the field team.
  • Support in Purchase order raising, management & web cycles.
  • Management of files/folders for the MB Training team.
  • Support with ad hoc reporting & administration support.
