Responsibilities

  • Labeling Coordination: Work closely with project leads to ensure all labeling requirements (including design, content, and regulatory compliance) are identified and addressed.
  • Label Management: Develop, maintain, and lead accurate label records and templates.
  • IFU Coordination: Coordinate the end-to-end process of IFU creation, including translation, graphic design, layout, and final printing.
  • Timeline & Budget Management: Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budgetary constraints.
  • Proofreading & Quality Control: Proofread and review labels and IFUs to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure labeling meets all relevant procedural, regulatory, and business requirements, including packaging guidelines and industry standards.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and propose improvements to labeling processes to enhance quality, service, and cost-efficiency.
  • Partner Communication: Communicate potential business issues or opportunities to management in a timely and effective manner.
  • Compliance Oversight: Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and business needs.
