  • Assist internal departments in establishing new projects as per client requests.
  • Perform validation testing to confirm accuracy of project set-up for Pension and Health plans.
  • Maintain internal fringe documents for various benefit funds and agreements.
  • Field internal and external inquiries relating to union production crew wages, fringes and working conditions.
  • Respond to client requests for contract interpretation for specific scenarios.
  • Provide advice during internal discussions on application of union contracts.
  • Provide feedback on related updates, modifications, changes to payroll systems.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with major studios and production companies.
  • Point of contact with internal departments for union-related questions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Labor Relations Manager.
