Responsibilities

  • Advise on Compensation Strategy for the assigned business functions in alignment with the Global Compensation Strategy as well as serve as a trusted specialist for other compensation initiatives, programs, and processes.
  • Support fellow Compensation teams focused on program design, HR partners (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, People Solutions, etc.), and other partners within Nike (Communications, Finance & Legal) on a range of compensation areas. These areas include, but are not limited to, program feedback from the business, the annual compensation calendar, HR readiness, the HR Operating Model, and compensation tools.
  • Provide in-depth knowledge and experience advising on Compensation-related topics and applying new points of view and approaches to drive a premium employee experience and seek sophisticated challenges.
  • Partner closely with business-facing HRBPs, senior business leaders, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and People Solutions.

The annual base salary ranges from $97,200.00 in our lowest geographic market to $217,700.00 in our highest geographic market, depending on location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
