Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of equivalent experience required. Degree preferred in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, HRIS, or related fields.
  • 4+ years of work experience required
  • 2+ years business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Workday or other HRIS preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred
  • Data wrangling, workflows, automation experience preferred (e.g. SQL), with proficiency in gaining insights from data preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develops and presents reports, insights, and data analytics findings to provide valuable information for decision-making.
  • Demonstrates the ability to build and maintain strong, influential relationships at all levels within the organization, with a focus on customer relations, problem-solving, and proactive service orientation.
  • Manages tasks effectively under tight deadlines in a rapidly changing regulatory and business environment, ensuring continuous adaptability and responsiveness.
  • Ensures the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality are maintained in all activities.
  • Develops and maintains the processes and resources for the Ethics Hotline management of work environment matters, and ensures that employees and other identified parties use the Ethics Hotline as outlined.
  • Maintains oversight as a system administrator for the activities relating to the Ethics Hotline, including case assignment, data quality assurance, protection of confidential information, tracking, trending, and data analysis for work environment matters.
  • Publishes Ethics Hotline periodical and ad-hoc reports, providing timely data analysis on trending issues within divisions, groups, geographic regions or other criteria, as needed.
  • Proactively identifies broad system training needs and provides timely feedback to individual users to correct mistakes and protect data integrity.
  • Collects feedback from Ethics Hotline users within Human Resources on system performance and change requests, determines strategies to address feedback internally or with the vendor, and closes the feedback loop with clear follow up.
  • Communicates system updates to key stakeholders.
  • Makes proactive recommendations on improvements to the Ethics Hotline and develops and executes plans to implement recommendations.
  • Serves as a point of contact for the Ethics Hotline system vendor to request and implement enhancement, troubleshoot, and manage technical details.
  • Acts as point of contact for HR teams globally regarding the Ethics Hotline, including improvements, data integrity, investigation process management, data and system issues, etc.
  • Proactively shares best practices across geographies as it relates to Ethics Hotline system use, accurate documentation of investigations, and analysis of data for their region.
  • Represents Human Resources as the SME and system lead for complex global projects related to the Ethics Hotline including total platform transitions, upgrades, and integrations with other Stryker systems; ensures the practical application of the tool within Stryker’s ecosystem to meet or exceed usage and reporting expectations.
  • Develops and facilitates trainings to multinational audiences on the Ethics Hotline functionality; evaluates and escalates training needs related to other Employee Relations topics.
