Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring high quality delivery of services to Honeywell’s clients through management of the technical team and sub-contractors.
  • Build productive relationship with senior stakeholders within the customer teams
  • Build productive relationships within Honeywell leadership teams
  • Identify leading edge solutions that solve our customers business challenges or risks
  • Working with New/legacy systems and remote/mobile tasking to dynamically drive actions and provide recommendations to customers on building performance and comfort improvements.
  • Driving expansion on customer sites to other systems not currently under contract. To maximize customer satisfaction and minimize customer site downtime by providing measurable outcomes for our customers through the use of the technology we can provide.
  • Service / maintenance / commissioning of Honeywell and third-party equipment
  • Configuration, Diagnoses Fault, repairs and Programming of building services (CCTV, Type 1A, Access control and Third-Party Systems).
  • Software load and Configuration of Honeywell Systems and other systems as required.
  • Minor Project management of projects and small works including high level management of customer and ensuring project milestones are achieved.
  • Technical consulting, design and implementation of Honeywell Systems leveraging off your Honeywell and Industry product knowledge to the service business and customers (existing and new). This includes pre-sales support to the account team and technical lead on implementation projects.
