Responsibilities

  • Play a role in the design of Security in Workday, understanding the implications on the broader enterprise technology landscape
  • Apply expertise in service industry to the development and collaborate with HR COEs, HRBPs and business partners
  • Be the intermediary between HR and Cross Functional Teams
  • Be accountable for the daily oversight of the intake access request process, including issues and escalations
  • Identify and assess business requirements; participate in system changes, provide support and lead internal initiatives and projects
  • Provide guidance and expertise for system security best practices and risk management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with subject matter experts in various areas of HR
  • Demonstrate accountability to achieve enablement of access by ensuring compliance of security framework and segregation of duties in conjunction of established policies and procedures
  • Develop reports for management on KPIs to improve the process effectiveness, efficiency, and data accuracy in support of metrics reporting
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives or activities, and effectively make judgments in prioritizing and time allocation in an ever changing environment
