Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead associate resource group leaders, the managers and director’s forum for IBX and its subcommittees in their facilitation of inclusion-related activities including regular meeting planning and assistance with organizing internal and external events.
  • Maintaining and improving the database of event feedback and providing analytical reports and statistics to support program and process improvement, as needed. Remain culturally competent of trends in inclusion and fairness and sharing relevant information as appropriate.
  • Lead the preparation and responses to inclusion and belonging surveys.
  • Collaborate with communication team to support and drive the inclusion and belonging strategy through various internal and external campaigns.
  • Pursue and identify new trends related to program/initiative management, building inclusive capability, and assessing gaps/opportunities, i.e., learning experiences, associate resource group programming and various council effectiveness to promote ongoing maturity.
  • Support various projects as assigned.
  • Monitor the progress of enterprise commitments to help ensure they are proceeding in the planned strategic direction.
  • Promote awareness in departments as a champion/expert resource for each line of business.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and coach newly appointed associate resource group (ARG) leaders and executive sponsors who will serve a two-year term.
  • Design and deliver leadership training programs to ARG leaders throughout the year.
  • Serve as a resource and mentor for ARG leaders and teams seeking guidance on inclusion practices.
  • Gather and analyze survey data from ARG programming to measure effectiveness of ARG initiatives.
  • Conduct needs assessment to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for process development and governance for ARGs.
