Responsibilities

  • Work closely with your peer team to coordinate training, quality assurance, and resource management
  • Create updates and facilitate department training program. Regularly gather feedback to evaluate training program and make changes as needed to remain current with contact center technology and upgrades
  • Assist the department subject matter experts, supervisors and managers in establishing processes, procedures and standards and in identifying and implementing process improvements that increase productivity, accuracy and eliminates redundancy
