  • As the Lead Researcher you will work on testing catalysts/absorbents, assisting manufacturing plants and analysing returned customer samples to support existing and new products. You will produce and interpret relevant testing results on one or more test rigs and make recommendations and proposals for further work. You will support manufacturing plants and validate the performance of trial materials on the test unit, whilst also perform the analysis of returned customer samples and produce high-quality customer reports. You will have an innovative mindset, looking for new approaches to improve our product offerings. While working as part of a team to support projects and delivery, you will have your own project responsibilities which you will be expected to drive for success.
