  • Shape and implement experience strategy for the Homes / Mortgages platform
  • Have a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points and expectations
  • Understand goals and challenges in the context of business and engineering priorities
  • Work with service designers to influence and develop the roadmap and overall product strategy
  • Engage with leadership to understand objectives and opportunities aligned to good customer outcomes
  • Provide leadership to a team of multi-disciplinary designers to support decision-making, delivery and team culture
  • Establish a growth culture and build capabilities through the formal development and mentoring of team members
