Responsibilities

  • Serve as superuser administrator for online learning platforms, Workday HCM and Blanchard Exchange, providing admin-level oversight and helping build and maintain aspects of the Learning and Talent tenants in Workday (WD).
  • Assist with department-wide initiatives, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Liaise with other departments such as Training, Communications, and Marketing to submit and track resource requests ensuring consistent messaging, branding, and distribution of learning materials.
  • Assist in creating and organizing program materials, such as agendas, handouts, presentations, and Canva training guides for WD and other Learning and Development programming.
  • Oversee logistics for training sessions, conferences, and leadership development events, including venue coordination, attendee communication, and vendor management.
  • Provide hands-on support during events, including setup and breakdown of leadership development activities.
  • Coordinate post-event tasks, such as collecting feedback and distributing follow-up materials.
  • Maintain inventory levels of program supplies.
  • Take on routine tasks such as file organization, data entry, and report generation to free up team members for higher-level priorities.
  • Maintain accurate records of program logistics and key metrics to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage scheduling for the Leadership Development team, including appointments, meetings, and conferences.
  • Arrange travel, accommodations, and prepare detailed itineraries for team members and leadership.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering inquiries, processing expenses, and managing communications on behalf of the team.
