Responsibilities

  • Work as a key player in a global team by providing end-user motivational support and guidance throughout their learning program, develop positive relations while managing your learner and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Monitor and engage learners through motivational techniques to maximize their Learnship learning experience and achieve study goals.
  • Guide and motivate learners optimally either by initiating the communication (via phone or email) or responding to requests and queries (via email or chat) around the Learnship service.
  • Champion end user driven feedback to improve process, provide visibility over program and escalate according to procedure.
  • Maintain visibility on actions taken for cross-functional reporting. Keep track of all interactions and report on the same.
  • Collaborate with other teams (such as technical support, scheduling, trainer management, product, or customer success management teams) to share and address feedback, account-level issues and follow up of incidence resolution.
  • Participate in team workshops and other activities to ensure alignment in internal processes and foster harmonious camaraderie.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks such as, but not limited to, creating, and translating email templates.
