Responsibilities

  • Construct and implement learning strategies based on organizational needs analysis; determine learning needs, source and recommend internal and external vendor-led curriculum, (including instructor-led & on-demand learning platforms). Create data-driven measurement strategies to evaluate program effectiveness and ROI, using insights to continuously improve and iterate learning solutions.
  • Full ownership and administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), including strategic oversight for system optimization, creating and executing shared system administration (as needed for cross functional partners). Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs and identify best practices for leveraging the LMS in delivering impactful learning outcomes.
  • Pioneer scalable practices to promote and support program enrollments, completion, feedback collection, and continuous improvement across the L&D offerings. Analyze program success and make recommendations as needed.
  • Lead the design of multi-model, cohort-based, experiential learning moments, from conception to implementation, for new hire onboarding and coaching at scale programming to drive development and engagement.
  • Closely partner with LVMH North America & Sephora global teams for key global programs, to include onboarding and annual learning week. Understand the global direction and then design and develop the appropriate programming and delivery, including program success measurements.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to all levels in the organization
  • Ability to work in an office environment 2-3 days a week
  • Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple programs or projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
