Responsibilities

  • Complete learning admin tasks, including but not limited to: Instructor-Led Training logistics, scheduling, and support.
  • LMS Training Assignments, troubleshooting learner issues; providing support and communication to learners.
  • Run LMS reports & manipulate data for business reviews
  • Manage Training Curricula, including uploading new e-learning resources (SCORM, Job Aids, Process Maps, etc.) and revising existing Learning Objects
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to understand training requirements and align initiatives with overall goals and objectives
  • Coordinate the content translations process
