Responsibilities

  • Deliver human skills development workshops e.g. communication skills, coaching skills and relationship skills, as part of our annual curriculum
  • Facilitate bespoke development sessions and team based learning workshops
  • Design, develop and deliver Train the Trainer workshops in order for internal tutors to provide high quality training to the graduates
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to support, design and develop human skills learning content for the Firm’s graduate programmes
  • Coach participants during and after workshops to personalise their learning and development
  • Prepare workshop admin checklists and brief the Learning & Development operations team on admin requirements prior to workshops
  • Understand and consider the PwC Professional behaviours, Firmwide Strategy and Firm Values to support workshop delivery and design
  • Assist in the design and development of designated programmes in response to the needs of the business including digital, virtual and face to face sessions
  • Develop high quality, professional learning materials and tutor notes for workshops that reflect the 70:20:10 learning principles
  • Focus on efficiency and effectiveness when designing learning material and take a blended approach
  • Provide assistance in the design of bespoke learning and development requirements for the business and advise key stakeholders of the most effective learning solutions to meet their needs
  • Participate in various firm-wide projects to implement the Firm’s people development strategies
  • Development and delivery of human skills sessions for the Firm’s Digital Accelerator programme
