Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the administration of the Cornerstone Learning Management System
  • Manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS) by collaborating with instructional designers and program managers to maintain the LMS content quality, access to learning, and high-quality user experience
  • Develop, build, and maintain all elements related to LMS functionality, including but not limited to content integrations and creation, curricula, LMS structure, program/course assignments, and reporting
  • Provide end-user troubleshooting and issue resolution and monitor reoccurring issues, system/data or process gaps, and proactively identify improvements and enhancements
  • Develop standardized LMS operational processes, procedures, guidelines, and documentation related to LMS use and maintenance
  • Train and enable teammates to self-serve as appropriate to build, sustain, and support learning courses, learning paths, and curricula within the LMS, including creating job aids and conducting 1:1 and team training
  • Develop consistent LMS reporting templates and respond to ad-hoc requests for training records and compliance metrics
  • Stay current on LMS and learning technology industry trends, vendors, and best practices, ensuring that PitchBook Learning leverages emerging technologies to deliver best-in-class employee development
  • Assist with other HR or content services platforms beyond the LMS as a subject matter expert for learning technology
  • Set performance goals and project deadlines that align with PBLearning's larger plans
  • Delegate appropriate LMS-related tasks/workflow to the HR Operations Specialist as needed, track progress, and provide constructive feedback throughout the execution
