Responsibilities

  • Manage, support, coach, develop, motivate and lead the LOA Coordinators to achieve optimum performance and comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Support, coach, develop, motivate, and lead the LOA Supervisors to achieve optimum performance and comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert resource for the LOA Supervisors, ensuring that their team is knowledgeable of state and local leave policy.
  • Assist with continuous improvement in processes, policies, and development of standard operating procedures (SOPs), as needed.
  • Assist with defining and implementing required analyses, identify system issues and problems, and recommend an approach to address them.
  • Perform process and system analysis, identify procedural deficiencies, and recommend and implement technology solutions that support the team’s goals and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Business Analyst to support change management, communication, testing, configuration, research, solutioning and other complex end-to-end HR processes.
  • Works closely with communications, training, and change management teams to successfully transition new processes and technology into effective operational delivery.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide expertise and industry best practices related to improvement, business transformation, engagement model, and functional area.
  • Provide reports and updates to TAFW Director regarding team member's performance and the team's production results. Devise, present, and conduct improvement plans as needed.
  • Enhance reports, letters, and other artifacts as needed to achieve productivity goals.
  • Responsible for enforcement of company policy through corrective action for immediate staff (as needed). Be knowledgeable of company policy inside and out and do not hesitate to address non-compliance.
