Responsibilities

  • Carry out high volumes of administrative data entry work including populating forms for 3rd parties
  • Make outbound calls to 3rd parties and clients to obtain information, and following up when required
  • Support case handlers by carrying out range of administrative work including printing, handling confidential paperwork, and drafting letters to 3rd parties
  • Work with a case management system and Microsoft Excel
  • Work effectively from a task list, making sure that the task list is well maintained
  • Complete a variety of ad-hoc requests to meet the needs of the team
  • Gain exposure to the initial stages of case management, reviewing legal documents and making sure the case manager has all they need to start the case
