Responsibilities

  • Supporting the wider team, we are looking for those who can produce file and telephone notes and court documents.
  • The successful applicant will also be responsible for preparing and calculating figures for costs update letters and opening new matters.
  • Other duties would include producing welcome packs, time recording and indexing documents.
  • Alongside this, there will also be times where conferences with experts will need to be arranged, with booking travel/accommodation and courses for fee earners.
  • There will also be a billing element to the role, checking disbursements, chasing invoices and dealing with account queries.
