Responsibilities

  • CLM Administration
  • BAU Oversight: Proactively monitor CLM performance, capture user feedback and escalating issues to relevant teams.
  • Serve as the primary contact for CLM-related inquiries, manage user access, and onboard new users.
  • Take charge of a global project to upload contracts throughout the organization, regularly editing the contract repository for consistency and accuracy, and liaising with key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
  • Identify, locate, and systematically organize all relevant materials in the global repository to effectively support legal and operational needs.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, providing monthly reports on usage metrics and system performance.
  • Monitor system performance and stability, ensuring the CLM platform remains efficient as the user base expands.
  • Provide training, troubleshoot errors, and address escalations as the system and its workflows become more complex.
  • Administrative and Operational Support
  • Work closely with the Legal Ops Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure Legal Ops initiatives align with the broader business roadmap.
  • Organize internal meetings and training sessions.
  • Enable the legal team to concentrate on higher-value, strategic initiatives.
  • Knowledge Management: Help maintain SharePoint sites, contract repositories, and policy libraries. Ensure legal team members can easily find and utilize relevant documents, policies, and templates.
  • Risk and Issue tracking.
