Responsibilities

  • Verfahrensbetreuung: Fristenmanagement, Aktenführung und proaktive Unterstützung der Rechtsanwält*innen bei allen rechtlichen und administrativen Prozessen
  • Mandantenkommunikation: Betreuung unserer Mandanten bei administrativen Fragen und Unterstützung bei der Rechnungsstellung
  • Dokumentenmanagement: Erstellung, Formatierung und Korrekturlesen juristischer Dokumente auf Deutsch und Englisch
  • Büroorganisation: Eigenständige Terminplanung, Verwaltung von Mail-Accounts und Bearbeitung der Post
  • Reisemanagement: Organisation und Buchung von Geschäftsreisen sowie Reisekostenabrechnung
