Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • One (1) year of internship or professional experience preferred; professional services industry experience a plus.
  • Independent, self-starting, and self-motivated.
  • Superior written/verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team environment are a must.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to meet stringent deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and balance multiple tasks while operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Flexibility to travel and ability to work overtime, when needed, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and organizing administrative filings of all sizes.
  • Tracking regulatory developments.
  • Managing digital and paper records, productions, and files.a
  • Assisting with productions to U.S. government agencies’ requests for documents.
  • Tracking and communicating case-related dates and information.
  • Preparing for witness interviews and assisting with work product relating to interviews.
  • Performing restricted party screening and reconciliation.
  • Preparing, analyzing and maintaining data and databases.
  • Reviewing and preparing documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Researching legal, regulatory, and business-related topics.
  • Performs other duties as assigned to support the International Trade and National Security Practice Group.
