Responsibilities

  • The Legal Services Manager will be responsible for managing the workstreams and portfolios within the Legal Services Department as follows:
  • Coroners and Courts portfolio: coroners and court warning workstreams
  • Disclosure portfolio: subject access requests, fines administration, police requests and Freedom of Information Act requests workstreams
  • Claims portfolio: employers’ liability, public liability, property/ex-gratia claims and some motor PI claims along with the third party earning workstreams
  • The role will lead on the development and implementation of procedures relating to the dedicated workstreams and portfolios within the Legal Services Department.
