You will own and manage your cases from problem qualification to full resolution, ensuring timely communication and adherence to service level agreements (SLA).
Are there opportunities for learning and development?
Yes, there is a personal learning and development budget of $2,000 per annum, and you will participate in various training sessions.

While not mandatory, customer support experience is considered a plus for applicants.
