What type of claims will I be focusing on as a Local Government Paralegal?
You will predominantly focus on personal injury (PI), including employers' liability (EL), public liability (PL), highways, housing disrepair, property damage, social care, and data protection/GDPR cases.
What qualifications or experience do I need to apply?
You should have previous experience as a Paralegal, current experience assisting with EL/PL casualty claims, knowledge of relevant laws, as well as good drafting, communication, and organizational skills.
