Responsibilities

  • Demand planning: Calculate, check and validate purchase orders based on sales estimations and within the frame of the contracts with distributors
  • Inventory management: Monitor shipments daily to control that they are in line with shipment plans. Propose variations to adjust stocks to market demand needs. Solving incidences related to Logistics activity
  • Special dedication to stock control (FG-Finished goods and NTMs-Non-Tobacco materials) in view of implementation of packaging change projects. Close monitoring FG and NTMs stocks, reporting situation and proposing corrective measures to issues
  • To cooperate in minimizing product write-offs by measures to control inventory levels and product ageing
  • Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP): Participate in process to ensure market demand is met with production plans, and aligned with financial goals, and supply chain capabilities
  • Management of incidences related to Track & Trace in deliveries to distributors
  • Management of invoicing to customers and other transactions via SAP including purchase orders linked to Logistics activity
  • Actively participating in market projects in close cooperation with other functions
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize logistics process/activities and reduce delivery times
