Responsibilities

  • Manage the logistics and deliveries of the (E-)Bikes between the warehouse and the store locations based on the planning of the Logistics Department at HQ.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound deliveries, including loading and unloading of (E-)Bikes from trucks (incl. proper documentation and waste disposal);
  • Unpacking, cleaning and making the inventory (E-)Bikes Ready-to-Go;
  • Preparation of spare parts including unpacking/checking parts deliveries, and taking care of spare parts for retail stores and fleet.
  • Keep the vehicle representative (holding tools complete, cleaning and washing the truck)
  • Helps with up-keeping, cleaning, handling, storing and organization tasks within Warehouse;
  • Management keys, including ordering and organizing spare keys + battery management
  • Organizing broken inflow and pre-organizing B(E-)Bikes for mechanics and take care of special cases (status (HOK)/location (HOK)/without key/etc.);
  • Responsible for waste management.
