The post holder must ensure that all access and booking targets are met in relation to patient appointments in line with RTT (Referral to Treatment) targets.

What systems will I be responsible for managing in this role?
You will be responsible for managing the System One databases within RTT guidelines and ensuring data quality for all processes within the designated area.
Will I be involved in reporting service delivery performance?
Yes, you will be required to create and prepare reports relating to service delivery and performance, and recommend actions for areas of improvement identified.
