  • Experience in tracking budgets, costing and forecasting and report variances to more senior colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Collate and analyse data trends using pre-set tools, methods and formats for use in reports to help guide decision making. Involves working independently to reach appropriate conclusions, make suitable recommendations and provide technical guidance.
  • Prepare and coordinate various data and analytics reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting that data into a digestible understandable standardised format. Conduct research and select relevant information to enable analysis of key themes and trends using business intelligence tools.
  • Use data management systems to access specific information as and when required. Contribute to reviewing existing operations in own area of work and implement innovation processes to generate new ideas and ensure continuous improvements are delivered.
  • Works under guidance (but not constant supervision) to acquire, organise, protect and process data to fulfil business objectives.
  • Support collection of business requirements using document analysis and workflow analysis to express requirements clearly and succinctly.
  • Collect and create content/best practices/case studies to capture and share knowledge to share.
  • Takes on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
