The experience listed below may be obtained through schoolwork, classes and project work, internships, military training, and/or work experience.

  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in either Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry or equivalent degree with 2+ years of related experience in Semiconductor, Papermill, Oil, and/or Coal industry.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with motor systems, building, or pump system projects.
  • Hands on experience in related industries such as semiconductor, manufacturing, processing, equipment installs, pump systems, wastewater, water facilities, or storage operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support Safety and certification for Intel safety programs to ensure an Injury Free Workplace.
  • Research wastewater and air treatment options for complex waste streams.
  • System design- develop standard design packages for process systems and lead design review for FOK wastewater treatment systems.
  • Sustaining excellence- provide technical and troubleshooting support for all processes and equipment, as well as owning operating procedure documentation and updates.
  • Monitor and drive performance - Wastewater equipment performance and continuous improvement of environmental waste systems is required to meet development commitments and, ultimately, deliver cost-effective systems to Intel manufacturing organizations.
  • Training - support training and certification of system operators on operational procedures, processes, and safety improvements.
  • Equipment Expertise - knowledge of relevant waste technologies and processes, including interpreting and utilizing equipment to solve hardware or system malfunctions.
  • Perform facility related and technical functions such as maintenance, testing, and upgrades to equipment.
  • Support area project planning, scheduling, budgeting, enabling overall roadmap execution.
  • Support technology transfers and startups to VF sites to meet Intel roadmap.
  • Laboratory Experience- ability to train, calibrate, advance troubleshoot analyzers and other lab equipment.
