Responsibilities

  • Influence sales and excelling in customer service and sharing their knowledge of each product by answering customer queries
  • Become a product knowledge expert having up to date knowledge of our pieces and a good awareness of competitor brands
  • Achieve team and personal sales targets by using sales skills including up -selling, ATV, UPT.
  • Have an interest / experience in social media including Instagram and tiktok as there is potential to include these activities in daily tasks for the right candidate
  • Effective communicator and team player
  • Required to coach, support and train new members of the team
  • Merchandising the counter to maintain high shop floor standards and take pride in the Lynott Jewellery counter
  • Enjoy a fast paced retail environment
  • Flexible to changing business needs specifically around busy periods including Christmas
