  • Assess, troubleshoot and develop a path to repair conventional manufacturing equipment such as mills, lathes and drill presses.
  • Assess, troubleshoot and develop a path to maintain and repair CNC manufacturing equipment with a variety of controls and of different makes and models.
  • Manage a Preventative Maintenance Program within the facility
  • Ensure that PMC maintenance departments are maintained to a high level of safety compliance.
  • Co-manage Safety, Health and Environmental program with current staff.
  • Complete internal Safety Audits and develop action plans.
  • Ensure that PMC maintenance personnel are following SHEA safety standards. Including but not limited to lock-out/tag-out procedures prior to working on any & all equipment.
  • Support manufacturing schedules by scheduling major repair schedules around workload and constraints.
  • Complete minor design changes on outdated or obsolete equipment.
  • Identify & locate replacement parts for manufacturing equipment through completion of requisitions.
  • Guide a comprehensive building preventative maintenance.
  • Responsible to coordinate and supervise outside services as required.
