Responsibilities

  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Make Up Schulungen für Top Doors (eigene BAs und BAs von Einzelhändlern), z. B. zu Produkten, Verkaufsmethoden, Link- und Cross-Selling, Dienstleistungen.
  • Motivation und Aktivierung von Sell-out-Treibern (z. B. BAs der Einzelhändler) auf der Verkaufsfläche
  • Tiefgehende Erfahrung und Knowhow im Make Up Metier, sowie Durchführung von Top-Door-Events
  • Beherrschung und Schulung der Service Gesten und der technischen Standards
  • Repräsentation von Marken/Produkten
  • Verfolgung der wichtigsten KPIs, einschl. Kundenzufriedenheit/MS und Ergreifung von Folge- und Implementierungsmaßnahmen
  • Verkaufsunterstützende Einsätze in Department Stores und Parfümieren
  • Unterstützung von nationalen Promoflächen zum gezielten Abverkauf unserer Produkte
  • Durchführung von Kabinenbehandlungen
