Responsibilities

  • administratieve en logistieke ondersteuning van de onderwijs-, zorg- en onderzoekstaken van de sectie
  • belangrijke bijdrage aan de organisatie en planning van het onderwijs.
  • onderhouden van contacten met studenten en zorgdragen voor de administratieve afhandeling daarvan
  • voorbereiden, notuleren/actielijsten bijhouden van overleggen en vergaderingen
  • bewaken van uitstaande acties
  • verzorgen van in- en uitgaande correspondentie
  • zorgdragen voor heldere en efficiënte communicatie naar studenten en docenten
