Yes, a bachelor's degree is required by the start of the development program.

Yes, you must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
Will I be involved in customer interactions during the program?
Yes, job duties involve contact with customers, which may include handling customer complaints and providing customer service.
Is there a physical requirement for this job?
Yes, you must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
What kind of training will be provided?
The training program will cover operations, customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and leadership development.
