Responsibilities

  • Serve as trusted advisor to HR and business leaders guiding compensation strategies
  • Evaluate complex compensation situations and provide recommendations that balance internal/external competitiveness with financial constraints
  • Responsible for the analytics, design, execution of the company’s LTI plans:
  • Administer all LTI plans including benchmarking as needed, interpret and review rules and manage all approvals
  • Manage relationships with all stakeholders, including Finance HR, Payroll.
  • Support payroll tax management and reporting
  • Manage executive compensation, including preparing analytical summaries to senior leaders
  • Support ongoing internal pay reviews and ongoing analytics
  • Analyze data from market surveys and other sources to develop pay recommendations as well as executive summaries
  • Conduct market analyses using multiple large surveys to create and update salary structures.
  • Prepare summaries to illustrate results from merit, bonus and equity planning.
  • Manage job evaluations and global grading initiatives and processes to ensure all jobs are graded and consistent across business units, functions
  • Analyze data and market trends from market surveys and other sources and recommend changes and updates to pay structures
  • Proactively identify gaps in processes/compensation and partner with the right stakeholders to ensure a best-in-class compensation function
  • Lead the rollout of new compensation initiatives, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders
  • Assist with the preparation and delivery of training sessions for HR, Business Leaders, Managers, and employees to promote understanding of all compensation plans
  • Manage Market pricing tool
  • Ensure data accuracy of compensation related data including maintenance of job code structure in One Profile
