Responsibilities

  • You will plan and execute content campaigns, ensuring they resonate with the right audiences across channels and markets. You will excel at working directly with customers, making our learning relevant to their workflow.
  • Tracking the effectiveness of promotional channels and content, actively monitoring performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Generating updates and reports, such as analysing social media reach and general data analysis.
  • Authoring the review cadence for website pages on the LSEG Learning Centre. You will review the work of a team of learning coordinators, to ensure the highest standards of attention to detail and best practices are rigorously implemented across all channels, including thumbnails, titles, descriptions, tags, groups, durations, etc.
  • Creating and maintaining marketing assets such as PDFs, PPT decks, social media assets, and newsletters.
  • Leading LSEG Academy’s social media channels, including LinkedIn and YouTube. You will be responsible for the output for these channels (graphics, GIFs, etc.), and ensure they continue to grow and expand across all key metrics.
  • Developing an engaging content strategy and calendar that aligns with LSEG Academy’s short-term and long-term goals.
  • Authoring customer email communication for onboarding, continuous education, and new learning experiences or platform release campaigns. You will be responsible for maintaining all email schedules, ensuring the best possible content is distributed, and regularly interrogating content performance.
  • Overseeing branding change projects on behalf of LSEG Academy.
  • Developing new launch promotional assets, including new certifications, learning programs, and website developments.
