Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with retail excellence and retail learning teams and retail leadership to integrate DEIB principles into daily operations and clients’ interactions
  • Provide training and resources to retail staff to improve their understanding and ability to serve diverse clients effectively
  • Develop and implement initiatives that promote an inclusive and equitable retail environment
  • Design and execute strategies to engage and support a diverse client base, ensuring a personalized and culturally relevant customer experience
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to build campaigns and materials that resonate with multicultural audiences
  • Supervise and analyze client feedback to continuously improve multicultural clienteling efforts
  • Provide training and resources to client-facing employees to improve their cultural competence and ability to engage with diverse clients
  • Lead the development and execution of internal and external DEIB communications
  • Work with the corporate communications team to highlight DEIB initiatives and successes
  • Support the establishment, growth, and efficiency of ERGs within the organization at global level
  • Provide mentorship, resources, and training to ERG leaders to help them achieve their goals and champion a sense of community
  • Facilitate regular meetings and events to promote engagement and collaboration among ERGs
  • Develop and supervise key performance indicators (KPIs) related to DEIB initiatives with a focus on retail environments
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior leadership on the progress of DEIB goals and initiatives
  • Strengthen the inclusive-leadership capabilities of managers and executives
  • Hold leaders accountable for progress on DE&I goals
  • Promote a culture of willingness and tackle microaggressions and discriminatory behavior
  • Develop and deliver training programs passionate about multicultural awareness, inclusive communication, and other DEIB-related topics for retail teams
  • Provide ongoing education and support to managers and employees to cultivate an inclusive culture
