What qualifications are required for this position?
A Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion roles, experience in retail environments, and strong analytical and communication skills are required.
What type of experience is preferred for candidates applying to this role?
Candidates should have experience abroad and/or work across different countries, as well as proven experience in developing and implementing DEI strategies.
Will the Manager have any responsibilities related to Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)?
Yes, the Manager will support the establishment, growth, and efficiency of ERGs within the organization at a global level.
What will be the salary range for this position?
The hiring range for this position is $129k-$160k, depending on the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
How will the Manager be expected to engage with retail teams?
The Manager will collaborate with retail excellence and learning teams to integrate DEIB principles into daily operations and provide training and resources to improve understanding of diverse clients.
What type of metrics will the Manager need to develop and analyze?
The Manager will need to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) related to DEIB initiatives and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
