Responsibilities

  • Conduct complex and sensitive employee relations investigations independently, addressing allegations such as discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and violations of export/import (EXIM) regulations.
  • Develop and execute appropriate investigation strategies, including planning and conducting thorough interviews, reviewing relevant documentation, and analyzing facts to determine findings and recommendations for resolution.
  • Draft clear, concise, and well-structured investigation documentation, including leader HR partner (HRP) talking points, written warnings, case executive summaries, and other related materials with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborate effectively with key partners such as HRPs, Legal, Global Security, and Global Ethics & Compliance teams to ensure investigations are executed thoroughly and consistently.
  • Provide input and influence decision-making in cases where appropriate, ensuring outcomes are aligned with organizational goals and values.
  • Accurately and promptly input case details and updates into the ER case management system.
  • Assist in responding to employee complaints filed with federal, state, and local administrative agencies.
  • Promote knowledge and understanding of company policies and relevant employment laws through coaching, presentations, and training.
  • Assist with employee relations project work and consultations related to employee experience as needed.
  • Support enterprise-wide HR initiatives and process improvements to ensure alignment across various stakeholders.
  • Occasional domestic travel.
