  • L’audit et le diagnostic de dispositifs de conformité
  • La mise en conformité des organisations et des activités suite aux évolutions réglementaires (distribution d’assurance, devoir de conseil, pratiques commerciales, LCB/FT, déshérence, qualité des données, protection des données personnelles, anti-corruption, réclamations, etc.) – organisation, processus, outils, y compris la gestion de projets réglementaires
  • La mise en place de solutions informatiques dédiées à la conformité
  • La mise à jour des cartographies des risques de conformité
  • La définition et la mise en œuvre de plans de contrôles de conformité
  • La coordination avec les fonctions clé de contrôle (gestion des risques, actuariat, audit interne)
  • L’encadrement des consultants
