Responsibilities

  • Monitor ongoing performance of executive recruitment activity, programs and support and communicate key progress and trends including prospect engagement and management within CRM tool and other tools for tracking key measurables; Provide reports on talent competition, market conditions, executive compensation, and industry trends. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders in order to meet external talent recruitment objectives
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitive research and analysis to remain keenly aware of trends in the global business climate, economy and workplace, while understanding their impact on leadership hiring; Use this knowledge to recommend and execute innovative executive recruitment strategies in support of The Home Depot's global sourcing and executive talent initiatives. Evaluate and develop efficient and effective sourcing and recruiting strategies, programs, metrics, and reports by understanding the needs of the business, collaborating with internal executive officer and HR leadership clients, and researching industry best practices
  • Ensure consistency, efficiency and compliance with federal, state and local laws, and company policies; Ensure all talent acquisition activities are compliant with the established sourcing, recruiting, and selection procedures including maintaining appropriate data integrity
