Responsibilities

  • Ensure integrity, completeness and continuous improvement of the employee record, including profile, job, work history, required licenses and certifications
  • Oversee day to day and complex HR transactional processing, high-volume transactions, self-service transactions, workflow and approvals
  • Ensure all HR transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner, in compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Ensure seamless integration of transactional data with Workday and other related platforms.
  • Identify, implement and maintain opportunities for process improvements in HR transactional workflows and records management, collaborate with HRIS and IT to optimize systems for efficiency and data integrity
  • Supervise the management and maintenance of employee records, ensuring they are accurate, secure, up-to-date, and compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements (e.g., labor laws, data protection).
  • Manage electronic and paper filing systems to ensure efficiency and security.
  • Establish and enforce policies for the secure storage, retrieval, and disposal of employee records.
  • Ensure adherence to confidentiality and data privacy guidelines, safeguarding sensitive employee information.
  • Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations affecting records management
  • Conduct regular audits of employee records and HR transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal, organizational, and regulatory standards.
  • Document and report any compliance breaches or issues to senior leadership; Prepare and maintain reports on records compliance status and issues.
  • Prepare for and support internal and external audits and request for information related to HR transactions and employee records.
