What are the primary responsibilities of the Manager, HRIS?
The primary responsibilities include overseeing HR systems, enhancing operational efficiencies, collaborating with IT on the HR technology roadmap, implementing People Analytics, managing Visier analytics for HR reporting, leading a team of HRIS analysts, and improving the overall employee experience.
What specific HR technologies will I be working with?
You will be supporting the implementation and configuration of Workday, and overseeing PeopleSoft HCM and Cornerstone for Performance, Compensation, and Learning functions.
